You can practice good oral hygiene by always brushing your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between your teeth once a day with floss or other dental cleaners, replacing your toothbrush every three or four months, by eating a balanced diet and limiting between-meal snacks, and most of all, having regular trips to the dental clinics; bear in mind to not forget to schedule regular dental check-ups to keep your oral state healthy.
